Where is the money going to?
100% of donations to Stage Notes will go to them. I have a separate donation link for those interested in donating to the cost of the tour
How is COVID effecting this trip? Are you being safe?
I will be following all state guidelines on proper COVID safety measures. If at any point I feel that it is unsafe to continue the tour I will pack it up where my tires stop and pick it up when I feel it is safe to continue.

No, I do not have a motor, unless you count my legs as motors.
How far are you going?
2,968 miles on the direct route. This doesn’t consider any changes and the added miles to get to where I am staying each night.
Can I use this donation for tax purposes?
Yes, but you must donate via check as the online donation form will not be able to provide applicable receipts for tax purposes. Send checks written to Stage Notes. More info can be found on the donation page.
What was the hardest part of preparing for the ride?
Chris made the tough decision carry to tea with him instead of coffee. Chris loves coffee, and often dreams of his next cup. He chose to go with tea because it takes less room in his kit.
Where are you staying?
I’m staying in my tent and with friends. Warmshowers.org will also be used.
How long will the journey take?
48 days of scheduled riding. This does not account for off days and additional days due to unexpected hiccups along the way.
